This apartment doesn't offer the views of the first floor apartment but it is recently refurbished and has easy to access with its own entrance. The apartment benefits from natural light and has good high ceilings. This would suit singles, couples with or without children. The sleeper couch is comfortable for two small children or one larger one.

You gain access to this apartment directly from the parking area and you enter through your own decked patio. The sliding door opens into the bedroom and TV room and through that you enter into the lounge with a couch that becomes a sleeper and the kitchenette. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. There is plenty of storage space and a fantastic charm with the original sculpture and ratan furnishings on the deck.
