Special monthly rates can be secured during low season.
Rates are 14% Vat inclusive.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm bookings. Balance on arrival. Notwithstanding late arrivals or early departures, the period booked must be paid in full. Unless given notice on that day, management reserves the right to re-let rooms which are not taken up by 6pm on the booked day of arrival. Deposits are not refundable; however, a pro rata refund, excluding deposit, may be made where management has been able to re-let the booking. |
